Order Cancellation:

  • Non-Refundable Policy: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing the purchase.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only available for customers within Amman.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our rider will facilitate the exchange at your specified location.
  • Fee: A service fee of 2 JOD will be charged for the exchange process, payable upon the rider's arrival.


Exchange Terms:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, with all original packaging and tags intact and pictures of the items.
